A Silhouette Station is a wonderful addition to any occasion. They are classic, elegant and timeless. Your guests will love watching the silhouettes being cut while the watch and will be able to take home a gift they will treasure. It only takes a few minutes to create a lasting keepsake of your special day. Each silhouette portrait will be mounted on a 5" x 7" decorative board and slipped into a protective plastic sleeve. Since I can cut two silhouettes at one time, I can put the duplicate into a guest book and encourage the guests to sign beneath their silhouette. This is a wonderful keepsake for the wedding couple.

Instructions
Ordering a Silhouette from a photo is easy. Success, however, will depend on the photo I am sent. Below are the main components of a good photo.
The Subject
Have the subject stand against a plain background, if possible. Bows, headbands, collars and other accessories are fun! Take a few pictures if you aren't sure.
The Photo
Shoot "through the ear" for the best angle. A relaxed mouth without smiling is best. Include the whole head and shoulders. Avoid harsh shadows or expressions that do not look like the subject.
Helpful Hints
For babies and young children I recommend that you snap it while they are watching TV. With dogs, I recommend that you have someone with you to hold a treat so they face sideways. Remember... ear level!
